Profile
Before founding Rayo, I worked as a backend developer for a consulting firm, handling integrations between systems, APIs and automations on projects for clients across different sectors. That experience taught me how operational work really happens inside companies: which processes are already formalised, which ones live only in people's heads, and where the real bottlenecks hide.
I founded Rayo Consulting to answer a question I hear often: “is AI right for us?”. In most cases it is, but the starting point is not technology: it's understanding which processes are worth automating and in which order. From there you build something that truly works.
I've built end-to-end AI products (Compario), managed AI Transformation projects across different sectors and developed operational agents on an open source stack. My focus is turning company knowledge into something operational: internal company brains and LLM wikis that make a company's know-how queryable, with model fine-tuning and distillation to make them more accurate, faster and cheaper.
I write about AI applied to SMEs: practical cases, new tools, analysis of what changes and what doesn't.
